Access is available to approved firms and other businesses compliant with the Federal Driver’s Privacy and Protection Act.

e-DriverData.com is only available to members of ACRA, a consortium of pre-employment screening companies. ACRA works in partnership with e-InfoData to build a retrieval system of nationwide driving records is responsible for granting membership and certifying compliance with regards to the proper usage of these records.
