Tim joined Acxiom in 2006 and serves as the Risk Organization Leader – a role he has held since mid-2007. Tim is responsible for the overall strategy, sales, product development, operations, and product management of Risk Division. He is an executive member of the Acxiom corporate leadership team.

Throughout his career at Reuters, Bowne & Company, Digex, and Exodus Communications, Tim has a record of leading organizations to record revenue achievements. His management experience includes creating and leading businesses in London, Sydney, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. Prior to joining Acxiom, Tim was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Innodata Isogen in New York.Tim received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Marquette University (1993) and was selected to study in his third year at the Loyola University Rome Center in Rome, Italy. Tim and his wife, Lauren, have three children and live in Colorado.

Hank joined Acxiom in August 2005, immediately following the acquisition of InsightAmerica. He has an extensive background in the risk mitigation marketplace, serving as the chief legal officer of DBT Online from its inception in 1995 until its acquisition in 2000. He has served as an officer to two publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Acxiom, he worked with a number of smaller software development companies, utilizing his extensive experience in technology licensing. He began his career in intellectual property working for technologically advanced companies in the fields of aerospace, automotive, power generation, insulation products and oil exploration.

Hank has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Univiersity of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. He lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, Lisa, and the two youngest of his four daughters.

Kelly Worrell
Risk Developement Leader

Kelly joined Acxiom in November 1998 and is responsible for development of products in the Risk Mitigation line of business. Kelly has an extensive background in software, product and solutions development. Until 2004, he was responsible for the development of the AbiliTec Knowledge Base for the US, Australia and UK markets. In 2004, Kelly relocated to London providing technical leadership to associates across Europe to develop standard products and solutions across the continent.

Kelly has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and now resides in Arvada, CO with his wife Amy.

Kathleen Buchholz
Financial Controller

Kathleen joined Acxiom Risk Mitigation in October of 2000. In her 7-year tenure, she has been promoted through the ranks of accounting and management, culminating her current role as Financial Controller. Kathleen earned a B.S. from the University of Denver and her MBA in Finance/ Accounting/ International Business from Regis University. Kathleen been recognized as a Leadership Candidate representing the Risk Line of Business, and also, received the Employee of the Year Award in both 2004 and 2006. Kathleen and her husband, Roger, live in Colorado.

John Payne
Strategic Sales Leader

With 16 years of technology and sales experience, John has worked for Eastman Kodak, Vitria Technology, CSG Systems, and Interleaf Corp. John was an early consultant for Avalanche Technology a leader in SGML technology, and advised numerous private and public institutions in methods for rapid data indexing and retrieval.

John Payne graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1987 with BA in Political Science. John and his wife, Liz, reside in Longmont, Colorado.

Lissa Hess
National Sales Leader

Lissa Hess joined Acxiom in August 2004, and is responsible for Sales Management in the Risk Mitigation Division. Lissa has experience in operations, contract management, product delivery and sales having been in the high-tech industry for 20+ years. Prior to Acxiom, Lissa had worldwide responsibilities as Director of Operations at RogueWave Software. She co-founded XVT Software inc which was purchased by Hewlett Packard.

Matt Botti
Database Development Leader

Matt joined Acxiom in 1998 and has served in various development and leadership roles. In August 2005, following the acquisition of InsightAmerica, Matt became Leader of Database Development for the Risk Mitigation line of business, centered in Little Rock, AR. Prior to joining Acxiom, Matt was a Medical Economics Analyst at QualChoice. Matt received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (1992). Matt and his wife, Angela, have two children, and reside in Arkansas.
